Pynergy Petroleum Company is seeking a Sales/Business Development Manager to develop and implement sales strategies which effectively drives volume and margin growth of Company’s products.

Position Requirements:

Builds market share by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships.

Job Duties:

  • Identify new business opportunities to include all phases of business development; qualify business opportunities, technical assessments, competitive assessments, teaming opportunities and key business discriminators.
  • Locate potential business deals by networking and cold calling.
  • Prospect, develop and sign new business clients through proactive outreach.
  • Regularly manage, update and track sales pipeline progress in the CRM database.
  • Develops relationships with potential new and existing clients.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 years business to business sales. (Petroleum sales preferred)
  • Microsoft Office Suite of Products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop solutions from a stated problem.
  • Strong work ethic, personal integrity, and passion for building the next big thing.
  • Safe driving history

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
